Water Conservation
Our commitment to environmental sustainability helped facilitate the transfer of reclaimed water from the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Authority to Winrock and the city’s uptown region. This, alongside our on-site rainwater capture and reuse system, provides water to the lake as well as irrigation of landscaping.

Energy Efficiency
An array of solar panels on our roof and custom storefront awnings generate more than 1 megawatt of energy, likely making it the largest solar-powered retail center in New Mexico!

Re-Growth
We’ve planted over 37,000 native and drought hardy plants. Fruit trees and vegetables are planted in place of ornamentals in landscape areas.

Efficient Movement
A “park once” environment reduces vehicular traffic and pollution. One DC charger and eight level 2 electric vehicle chargers are available for use.
