deCasa is an up-and-coming Austin-based group that describes its sound as “beach music.” Drawing from the members’ Puerto Rican and Caribbean roots, deCasa combines English and Spanish lyrics with influences from pop, reggae, funk and salsa. The group recently made its SXSW debut and is building a following through its energetic live performances.

The Boomroots are a Santa Fe-based band celebrating 16 years of performing together. Their music combines reggae rhythms, rock instrumentation and hip-hop lyricism, with songs focused on unity, resilience and celebration. The group has become a fixture of the Southwest live music scene through regional festivals, hometown performances and appearances alongside nationally touring artists. In 2024, The Boomroots received multiple honors at the New Mexico Music Awards, including Best Song of the Year.

Live @ Winrock concerts are free and open to the public. No ticket is required, but guests are encouraged to RSVP to help us estimate attendance. An RSVP does not reserve seating.

Guests may bring chairs or blankets. Lawn seating is first come, first served and cannot be reserved, so arrive early to secure a good spot.

Food trucks will be onsite at The Campground @ Winrock, and outside food is welcome in the park. Outside beverages, including alcohol, are strictly prohibited. Sealed water bottles and empty reusable water bottles are permitted. Glass bottles and containers are not allowed.

Free parking is available throughout Winrock, including the two-level underground parking garage adjacent to the park. Garage entrances are located near Ulta and Nordstrom Rack. Elevators are available, and the northeast garage exit provides direct access to Winrock Park.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must remain leashed at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Children must be supervised at all times.

Restrooms are located across from the park and downstairs in Suite 434, across from Hyena’s Comedy Club.

Pop-up tents and items with stakes are not permitted on the lawn.

Join us Friday, October 2, for Lucky Mays and Nathaniel Krantz at Sunward Amphitheater in Winrock Park.

Lucky Mays is an Albuquerque-based singer-songwriter whose music crosses pop, Americana, rock, soul and country. The project draws from several branches of American roots music while maintaining a contemporary singer-songwriter approach.

Nathaniel Krantz is an Albuquerque native and country artist whose music draws from both modern and traditional country. His live performances combine original material with the sounds and influences that have shaped contemporary country music.
